NEW Event Suite
Our new event suite is now open and is a stunning addition to The International Centre.
Named after the Shropshire town, renowned for its award-winning Michelin star restaurants, the Ludlow Suite is a 1,300 square metre flexible event space for up to 1,500 delegates, ideal for gala dinners, conferences, exhibitions and product launches.
The suite has been designed as a modern purpose-built event space, which is fully carpeted.
The floor to ceiling glass wall means the natural day light can be the perfect lighting for your event or can easily be draped off to create a black box scenario.
Situated on the ground floor of The International Centre, the new suite has its own public concourse area, kitchens and catering areas, and is adjacent to several syndicate rooms, making this suite so versatile it is suitable for any type of event,

NEW Meeting Rooms
In addition to our new event suite, there are also 3 new syndicate rooms, which can be used in conjunction with the new suite or on their own.
The Newport Suite - modern new meeting space for up to 300 people. This suite can be divided into 2 sections by the full height partition wall, which means it can easily be adapted to cater for your event.
Ryton Suite - ideal as a small meeting room, organisers office or business centre, this new room caters for up to 16 delegates boardroom style.
The Atcham Suite - Large spacious meeting room on the first floor which suits any layout from boardroom to theatre style.
NEW Bars, Restaurants & Hotel
Bars and restaurants are a vital part of our development plans. They will provide ideal environments in which to socialise and network outside of the main venue. Development of new bars and restaurants is expected to start in late 2012.
The final stages of our development includes a 150 bedroom full service hotel which will take our on-site bedroom capacity to 401. This further strengthens our position as a first class facility which can provide a one-stop shop for event organisers. Work on this stage is expected to start in 2013.
